Manage Your Subscription
Go to Settings → Billing to review your subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately and may create a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Before confirming a downgrade, review any lower seat, project, or feature limits shown on screen.
Update Payment Details and Download Invoices
Go to Settings → Billing and select Manage Billing. In the Stripe customer portal, you can update your payment method and billing address, review billing history, and download invoices.
Understand Seat Limits
An accepted team invitation uses one active seat. Removing or deactivating a user frees that seat. If you reach the limit, remove access for an inactive user or change to a plan that supports a larger team.
Support & Troubleshooting
Resolve common plan-limit and access issues, or contact the ReflectHub team.
I Can't Create Another Project
Go to Settings → Billing and check your active-project usage. If you have reached the plan limit, archive a completed project to free a slot or change to a plan with a higher limit.
I Can't Add Another User
Go to Settings → Billing and compare active users with your seat limit. Remove access for an inactive user to free a seat, or change to a plan that supports more users.
A Feature Is Locked or Unavailable
A locked icon or upgrade prompt usually indicates a plan restriction. Go to Settings → Billing to identify your current plan, then compare its included features on the Pricing page.
