v1.2.0

JULY 3, 2026Latest Release

New Features

  • Account Deletion

Users can now delete their own account from the account security settings. The deletion flow includes clear eligibility checks, confirmation steps, and safeguards to prevent accidental removal. If an account cannot currently be deleted, the app explains why and links to the relevant settings where the issue can be resolved. When deletion is completed, the user's personal profile details are removed or anonymized, active access is revoked, and the user is signed out. Work previously created by the user remains in place for company continuity, but is no longer linked to their personal identity.

  • 14-Day Free Trial

Paid plans now support a 14-day free trial for eligible companies. The trial is shown during onboarding and in billing settings, including the expected first charge date and amount before the trial converts to a paid subscription. A reminder email is also sent before the trial ends so customers have clear notice before any charge occurs. Each company can use one trial, and trials are only available for paid plans.

Improvements

  • Template Editor Rebuild

The document template editor has been rebuilt for offer documents, worklog reports, and handover certificates. The new editor makes it easier to manage table columns, adjust layout, preview documents with sample or company data, and generate PDFs before saving changes. Handover certificate templates are now editable alongside the other document types. Templates are now more resilient when fields are added, removed, reordered, or customized. Validation has also been improved so unsupported template changes are caught earlier and explained more clearly. Additional improvements include unsaved-change protection, keyboard save support, clearer generation errors, and more flexible wording so companies can adjust or localize the fixed text used in their documents.

  • Role Management Entry Points

Company settings now include a dedicated Roles tab, making it easier to find role and permission management. The Team tab also includes a shortcut to manage roles when the current user has permission to access those settings.

  • More Accurate Seat Usage

The company dashboard now shows seat usage based on the company's actual plan and purchased capacity. Previously, the usage card could display limits that did not always reflect the active subscription. It now handles paid plans, free plans, add-ons, unlimited plans, and enterprise setups more accurately. Usage warnings are only shown when a company is approaching a real finite seat limit.

  • Sign-In And Verification Email Improvements

Sign-in reliability has been improved, especially around login completion and post-login redirects. Verification emails have also been redesigned with clearer branding, better wording, visible recipient information, expiry details, support contact information, and a complete legal footer.

Security & Compliance

  • Sign-In Redirect Hardening

Sign-in redirects now include stronger validation to ensure users are only sent to approved in-app locations after authentication. This improves protection around login links while preserving the expected user experience.

  • Account Deletion Safeguards

Account deletion now includes additional safeguards to make sure deleted accounts cannot continue using existing sessions or access tokens. Personal data removal has also been tightened, and background checks help ensure account removal steps are completed reliably even if an external service is temporarily unavailable. Deletion remains self-service, requires confirmation from the authenticated user, and includes global sign-out after completion.

  • Template Generation Hardening

Template preview and document generation now include additional permission checks, stricter input validation, and resource limits. Only supported template types and valid template structures are accepted. Invalid or unsupported configuration is rejected before it can affect document generation. This makes the template system safer, more predictable, and easier to troubleshoot.

  • Trial Billing Transparency

Trial billing has been improved to make upcoming charges clearer and more predictable. The billing screen and reminder emails now show the charge date and expected amount before a trial converts to a paid subscription. Trial eligibility is enforced server-side, and reminder delivery is handled in a way that avoids duplicate or misleading notifications.

  • Email Deliverability And Trust Improvements

Authentication emails now use clearer branded wording and a safer email structure to improve deliverability and reduce the chance of being misclassified by email security systems. Verification emails clearly state that codes expire and can only be used once. Additional deliverability guidance has also been documented for domain authentication, sender reputation, and tracking settings.

v1.1.0

JUNE 19, 2026

New Features

  • Project Site Diary

Projects gained a site diary so teams can record what happened on site, day by day. Diary entries are project-scoped, support draft updates, soft delete, and a confirm, bulk confirm, and amend lifecycle. A task diary tab supports entry dialogs and lifecycle actions, and a dedicated project diary page groups entries by day and supports bulk confirm. Excel export, an import template with task, type, and unit guardrails, all-or-nothing import for new rows with an error report, and offline roundtrip updates with conflict and lock guards make it easy to work with diary data outside the app. Entries also support attachments and carry weather data for the daily log.

  • Work Handover Certificates

A new handover certificate module was added with a draft, issue, decision, and clone lifecycle. It backs a list page, creation wizard, and detail editor with lifecycle actions and attachments. Certificates can be rendered to PDF, navigation surfaces the new section, and a certificate coverage badge appears on tasks. The creation wizard uses a unified task picker with search, stage filter, and coverage chips, and confirmed diary entries are auto-attached when no explicit selection is made.

Improvements

  • Daily Log And Handover UI

Worklog and handover pages were unified behind a shared UI pattern, the daily log was improved, and weather data was added to daily logs for richer on-site context.

Security & Compliance

  • Edge Rate Limiting

Additional rate limiting was added at the platform edge, and edge configuration is reconciled on every release so limits stay consistently enforced across rollouts.

  • Diary And Handover Authorisation

Diary and handover workflows received additional access-control hardening, with create and confirm actions gated by per-user permissions, vendor validation tightened across mutations, and consistent permission decisions across page interactions.

  • Operational Cleanup

Platform deployment and reliability were improved, including capacity adjustments on shared services, tightened internal credential management, and follow-up fixes for company creation.

v1.0.0

JUNE 10, 2026

New Features

  • Request For Quotation Module

A dedicated RFQ module was added so teams can run vendor sourcing inside the workspace. RFQs can be created from templates, attached to tasks, and managed from a company-level menu. The detail view supports adding and managing vendors, a refreshed vendor select UX, layout improvements, and Excel import/export for working with quotes outside the app.

  • Project Finance Tracking

Projects gained a finance event log that records every change to budgets, allocations, expenses, and task financials. A snapshot, event feed, and timeline are available across the finance surface, and a rules-based forecasting service produces project and task forecasts on demand.

  • Company Projects Listing

A new company-level projects page was added so company members can see all projects from a single place, with shared row cells, accessibility labels, a no-access screen for users without the right permission, and a skeleton that matches the live table column count.

  • Project Invites And Dashboard Invites

Invite flows were extended to support project invites in addition to company invites, and pending invites are now surfaced directly on the dashboard so users can act on them without leaving the landing surface.

  • User Session Visibility

The security tab now lists active user sessions so account holders can review where they are signed in.

Improvements

  • Platform Backend Upgrade

We completed a major platform backend upgrade to improve reliability, performance, and long-term scalability. Tasks, stages, statuses, tags, worklogs, timesheets, comments, plans, plan categories, plan links, task search, pages, page history, employees, skills, skill categories, documents and templates, project expenses, questionnaires, companies, roles, invites, company settings, CRM, project dashboards, allocations, profiles, and billing flows now run on the upgraded platform.

  • More Granular Permissions

Access control was upgraded with more granular role-based permissions across company and project workflows. Role assignments now drive a unified permissions model used by pages, tasks, plan history, sidebar gating, RFQ access, and other workflows, with a reusable no-access page for users who lack a given permission.

  • Task, Stage, And Worklog Experience

Task creation was refactored, stage management received an admin page with rename, reorder, and delete, and new stages append to the list without a refresh. Date entry was unified behind a shared date picker with month and year dropdowns, due dates can no longer be earlier than start dates, empty stage selects now offer a create-stage CTA, and worklog deletion is hidden from non-authors with clearer error surfacing. Task tables gained responsiveness fixes, consistent add-task affordances, and aligned stage column visibility.

  • Dashboard, Plan, And Billing Polish

Project dashboard widgets gained empty-state CTAs, the company dashboard tightens better at narrow widths, the plan picker now includes an Enterprise contact-sales card, and the Plan Usage card links into team settings. Billing surfaces had several smaller fixes including monthly/yearly interval case handling, a stronger billing interval active state, hiding of leftover test descriptions, automatic `https://` prefixing on company website URLs, and improved error handling on the project create form.

  • Profile And Organisation Navigation

Profiles now carry title, first name, last name, about, and skill tags, the "Your organizations" group is collapsible and remembers its state, and landing dashboard names and avatar names were corrected.

Security & Compliance

  • Tenant Isolation Hardening

We completed additional tenant-isolation hardening and access-control consistency improvements across project, document, comment, and finance workflows.

  • Consistent Authorisation Enforcement

Project creation, task financial fields, page and comment access, and project-scoped operations now run through a consistent authorisation model with additional backend enforcement, and per-author rules are supported where relevant.

  • Operational Cleanup

Internal credential management was tightened, deprecated subscription gates were retired in favour of the upgraded permissions model, PDF parsing received a defensive bugfix, and a small number of subscription-flow failures were corrected.

v1.0.0-RC3

MAY 22, 2026

New Features

  • Granular Access Control With Roles

A new role-based access system was introduced across the company workspace. Owners can define custom roles, view and edit role configurations, assign roles to team members, and manage team access from a dedicated settings area. Existing company owners were automatically migrated to a built-in OWNER role, and access checks now run on company, employee, CRM, user invite, and company creation flows so users only see what their role allows.

  • Reports

Projects now include a Reports area where teams can review project data through a dedicated reports page, apply filters to narrow down information, and export the results as PDFs. This gives teams a faster way to share project status outside the application.

  • Platform Backend Upgrade

A major platform backend upgrade is underway to improve reliability, performance, and long-term scalability. The first phase covers authentication, automatic user provisioning on login, schema management, project creation, subscription synchronisation, and operational health checks.
