Create a Company Knowledge Base

Document shared policies, processes, standards, and onboarding information in Company Pages.

What Company Pages is for

Company Pages is an internal knowledge base for information used across the company. Use it for policies, repeatable processes, onboarding guidance, and standards. Keep project-specific decisions and notes with the relevant project instead.

Find and create pages

  • Pages list (left panel) – all pages, with a filter box to search by title.
  • Create page – the "+" button (top of the panel) or the central Create page

button when no pages exist yet.

Build a useful knowledge base

  1. Select Create page and give the page a title that describes the question it answers.
  2. Put the most important instruction or decision first, then add supporting detail.
  3. Use the same naming pattern for related pages, such as HR — or Process —.
  4. Use Filter pages to locate content as the library grows.
  5. Review pages periodically and update or remove instructions that no longer apply.
