What Company Pages is for
Company Pages is an internal knowledge base for information used across the company. Use it for policies, repeatable processes, onboarding guidance, and standards. Keep project-specific decisions and notes with the relevant project instead.
Find and create pages
- Pages list (left panel) – all pages, with a filter box to search by title.
- Create page – the "+" button (top of the panel) or the central Create page
button when no pages exist yet.
Build a useful knowledge base
- Select Create page and give the page a title that describes the question it answers.
- Put the most important instruction or decision first, then add supporting detail.
- Use the same naming pattern for related pages, such as HR — or Process —.
- Use Filter pages to locate content as the library grows.
- Review pages periodically and update or remove instructions that no longer apply.
