Monitor Work from Company Overview

Review active projects, sales pipeline, team capacity, plan usage, and issues that need attention.

What the overview shows

Company Overview is the workspace dashboard for leadership and project managers. It brings together indicators from projects, CRM, employee allocation, and your subscription. Use it to identify where attention is needed, then open the relevant area to investigate or update the underlying records.

Read the dashboard

  • Top KPI cards – active projects, pipeline value, critical actions, and subscription seat usage.
  • Active Projects table – review the project lead, spend against baseline, timeline progress, and overdue tasks. Select View all projects for the full list.
  • Team Utilization – a week-by-week heatmap of each team member's booked

capacity (e.g. 100%, 200% = over-allocated). Use Open allocations to plan in detail.

  • Pipeline – a mini view of CRM opportunities grouped by stage. Open CRM

jumps to the full pipeline.

  • Critical Actions – a running list of projects that need attention.

Run a regular review

  1. Scan the KPI cards for delayed projects, critical actions, or limits close to capacity.
  2. Open any affected project and review its overdue tasks and cost position.
  3. Check Team Utilization for people booked above 100%, then rebalance work in Employee Allocation.
  4. Review CRM opportunities that have no clear next action.
  5. Use New project when approved work is ready to move into delivery.
