Questionnaire and template
A questionnaire is a form sent to collect information for a specific customer or opportunity. A template is the reusable starting point for that form. Update a template when future questionnaires should change; fork it when you need a variation without changing the original.
Find and reuse questionnaires
- Start from a template – select Use to create a questionnaire, Edit to change the source template, or Fork to create an independent copy.
- Status tabs – All / Active / Archived / Completed.
- Questionnaire table – Name, Status, Responses (received / sent), what it's
Linked to (e.g. an opportunity), Owner, and last Updated.
- New questionnaire and New template buttons.
Send and complete a questionnaire
- Choose a template and select Use, or create a questionnaire from scratch.
- Give it a specific name and link it to the relevant customer or opportunity.
- Review the questions before sending so you do not ask for information already collected.
- Track sent and received responses while the questionnaire is active.
- Mark it completed when the required responses have been reviewed, or archive it when it is no longer needed.
