Today we're making ReflectHub available.
That sentence took a while to write - not because we didn't know what to say, but because we've been building toward this for long enough that saying it out loud still feels a little strange.
ReflectHub is a project management platform built specifically for construction and architecture firms. It covers the full project lifecycle: from the first client enquiry, through proposal and delivery, to invoicing and handover. One workspace. One source of truth. No rebuilding context every time a project moves from one phase to the next.
Why We Built It
We kept seeing the same problem across construction and engineering teams in Europe.
The work was split across too many disconnected tools. Sales contacts in a CRM that the delivery team couldn't access. Proposals in Word documents that bore no relation to the delivery system. Costs tracked in a spreadsheet that nobody updated until month-end. Scope changes agreed on-site and recorded in a WhatsApp thread that disappeared.
None of the teams we spoke to had chosen this deliberately. They had assembled their toolsets over time, one tool at a time, each solving a specific problem. The result was a collection of silos that worked individually and failed together.
We wanted to build something that kept information connected across the whole project lifecycle - not as an add-on or integration, but as the architecture from the ground up.

What Shipped
This is the full list of what went live with v1.0-RC.
v1.0-RC - what's included
CRM Pipeline
Capture leads, manage opportunities, record client interactions, and convert won work into active projects without re-entering information.
Project Delivery Hub
Tasks, kanban boards, timelines, workflow stages, comments, documents, expenses, and timesheets - all tied to the project.
Documents & Templates
Versioned project and company documents, reusable PDF templates, and offer generation in one place.
Expenses & Cost Tracking
Log costs by project phase, attach invoices, and get real-time budget variance. OCR-assisted invoice parsing reduces manual entry.
Skills & Allocation
Employee directories, skill matrices, certification expiry tracking, and monthly allocation planning across the team.
Questionnaires
Send reusable forms externally and collect responses without requiring recipients to log in to the platform.
How It Fits Together
The design principle behind ReflectHub is simple: information captured at one stage should be available at every subsequent stage, without manual transfer.
When a lead becomes an opportunity, the client context follows it. When an opportunity becomes a project, the accepted proposal, scope, and budget transfer to delivery automatically. When a cost is logged against a task, it appears in the project finance view immediately - not at month-end when it is too late to act on it.
This sounds straightforward. It is harder to build than it looks, because it requires every module to share the same underlying data model rather than treating each other as external systems to integrate with.
That is where most of the engineering time went.
Built for European Construction Teams
ReflectHub is EU-hosted, GDPR-ready, and built with European project teams in mind. We designed it for firms operating across the EU - contractors, engineering consultancies, architecture practices, and infrastructure developers.
The platform supports multi-company workspaces, so teams managing several entities from one account can keep each company's data, billing, and settings separate while still accessing everything from a single login.
Access controls are structured at both the company and project level, with invite flows and row-level security policies that keep workspace data scoped to the right people.
What Comes Next
We shipped a release candidate deliberately. The core platform is stable and production-ready, but there is a substantial list of things we want to add, improve, and refine based on how teams actually use it.
We're particularly focused on three areas in the near term: deeper reporting across projects and cost centres, tighter integration between the offer workflow and project budgets, and expanded API coverage for teams that want to connect ReflectHub to other tools in their stack.
If you're building something adjacent to construction project management and want to talk about what's possible on the API side, reach out directly.
We've been in the construction software space long enough to know that the tools teams use shape the work they're able to do. Fragmented information produces fragmented projects. Connected information gives teams a fighting chance.
That is what we set out to build. That is what went live today.
ReflectHub is available now. EU-hosted, GDPR-ready, built for teams of 5–50 in construction and architecture.
